How long does shipping take?

All our packages are shipped by Royal Mail & International orders are all provided with tracking numbers.

can I return, exchange or get a refund?
For health and sanitary reasons exchanges, refunds or returns are not accepted!
Ingredients & allergies before purchasing from our brand please check the ingredients page for more information and details! Please be aware that nut oils such as coconut oil and grapeseed oil are used in certain products!


What payments are accepted?
We accept payments through paypal, card payments, apple pay & others provided below our website page. Any other services such as cashapp we do not use!


How do I cancel my order?
As soon as you confirm the payment of your order it cannot be cancelled! Please make sure you are 100% ready to purchase.

Wrong shipping information, what do I do?
If you have entered the wrong contact or shipping information, contact me via email immediately before 24 hrs as we can put in the correct information before it is sent out! If your item has been sent out already with the wrong address sadly there is nothing I can do. If you wish to purchase the same product again you will receive a 10% discount code.

When will the glosses be back in stock?
We do not make lip glosses in big batches as we try to keep them glossy an fresh ready to sell in high quality! However, we do announce restock dates on all my social platforms!


What does the "rush fee" mean?
The rush fee is a way to skip the processing time that it originally takes my orders, it would mean your package becomes top priority and is shipped immediately.

I want a free product, how can I get it?
We do not give out free products unless you are apart of our #planetalodoll team. As a young entrepreneur I find it disrespectful to ask for a free product when I try my hardest to make the products I sell affordable, I hope as the customer you can respect that. If you genuinely cannot afford my products I can provide a discount code as I want everyone around the world to enjoy my products!

Why does shipping take so long?
I am a 15 year old entreprenuer who is still in high school, I want to make sure the products arrive safely to the customer, if I was to rush all the orders at once it'd be stressful for not only me but the customer aswell as it isn't properly organised. I hope you understand and can be patient with me! If you do not wish to wait, then you can purchase our express option when you check out.

I want to start a cosmetics business, where do you get your ingredients and containers from?
I purchase all my ingredients from tkbtrading, and my containers are from aliexpress, further information is shown on my IGTV & youtube channel.
